The Order of the Sun (the Light)	Aldoria	The Order of the Sun
Kar'esh, the philosophy of balance, and ancestor veneration	Kaelen	Kar'esh

The two faiths side by side

An Aldorian whose barn burns down says the Light is testing them. A Kaelen whose barn burns down asks what their family owed and to whom. Same fire, two very different next moves: one prays and rebuilds, the other goes looking for the debt.

Outside the current focus, briefly noted:

• The Tide Cities are tolerant. The Order has chapels there, but so does everyone else.
• The Grass Sea clans practise sky-burial.
• Farrow has a civic faith called the Remembrance, which honours the Founders who crossed the sea and mourns "the Dawnlands that burned".
