History

Scene of a famous barge explosion. Here Lord Trevor destroyed a Syndicate operative's floating fortress, and the barge went up in flames for the whole river to see. That is where the name "the Torchbearer of Blackwater" stuck (R-032). In summer 902 AP he killed Gorath here, along with Kira, and gave Kira's Ring of Ghost-Zero to Vesper. Kira died here in summer 902 AP too, and Grandmaster Vane in spring 903 AP.
